According to Rotoworld, Oklahoma WR Malcolm Kelly, or his agent, has sent a letter to all 32 NFL teams declaring himself fully healed. Kelly had reportedly been completely pulled off draft boards all together by many teams because his knees were in such bad shape.
Why do people keep doing this? Do they not realzie that no one beleives them? These letters from agents seem to stem from an incident when Chargers DE Luis Castillo tested positive for steroids, sent one of these letters apologizing, and then was drafted in the first round. However, taking steroids is a lot different than having bad knees. You can't just heal yourself, it doesn't work that way.
Look for Kelly to fall to the late first round.
